Use this page for account help, subscription questions, bug reports, feature requests, privacy requests, or help with account deletion.

If your request involves login, sync, billing, or deletion help, include the email address tied to your Brainmaxxing account so the request can be handled correctly.

Account And Login

If you cannot sign in, use the Reset Password button in the Account tab. If the reset email does not arrive or your account still needs help, send a support request with the Feedback button.

Subscriptions

iOS subscriptions are managed by the App Store. To view, cancel, or manage an iOS subscription, open the Brainmaxxing Pricing tab and use Manage Subscription, or visit Apple's subscription management screen from your Apple ID settings.

Brainmaxxing does not store full payment card numbers. Apple handles App Store payment processing.

Privacy And Deletion

The Privacy Policy explains what Brainmaxxing collects and how it is used. Signed-in users can delete their account from the Account tab. If you cannot sign in, follow the fallback steps at Delete Your Account.
