Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Brainmaxxing, also shown in the app as Brain Tracker, handles information in the Brainmaxxing website and mobile apps.

Brainmaxxing is an accountability and study-planning tool. We use data to run the app, sync your account, support subscriptions, improve reliability, and respond to feedback. We do not sell your personal data.

Information We Collect

Account information

If you create an account, Supabase Auth handles your email address, password authentication, email confirmation, password reset, session tokens, and user ID. Brainmaxxing does not store your raw password.

Study and planning data

The app stores the information you enter, such as activities, categories, category colors, durations, goals, saved days, history, display preferences, theme, and render-style settings. If you use cloud sync, this data is saved to a private Supabase row tied to your account. If you do not sign in, this data is kept locally in your browser or app storage.

Subscription and billing data

Paid subscriptions are handled through Stripe on the web, Google Play Billing on Android, and Apple In-App Purchase on iOS. Stripe, Google, and Apple process payment details. Brainmaxxing stores subscription status and related billing identifiers, such as Stripe customer and subscription IDs, Google Play product IDs, purchase tokens, order IDs, App Store product IDs, transaction IDs, original transaction IDs, subscription state, plan status, and current billing period. Brainmaxxing does not store full payment card numbers.

Feedback

If you send feedback, we collect the message you submit. The feedback email may also include technical context such as the page, origin, IP address, and user agent so we can understand and troubleshoot the issue.

Analytics, logs, and device data

We collect basic product analytics and technical logs, such as app events, anonymous visitor/session IDs, page path, referrer, UTM parameters, user agent, country, region, city, host, and error/debug context. The website also uses Vercel Insights and a Google tag for measurement. The mobile apps do not request contacts, camera, microphone, location, or advertising ID permissions.

How We Use Information

How We Share Information

Brainmaxxing does not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers needed to run the product:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse or security issues.

Security

Brainmaxxing uses HTTPS, Supabase authentication, private account-scoped cloud records, and database row-level security policies designed to limit each signed-in user to their own data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we use reasonable safeguards for the size and nature of the app.

Retention

Local app data stays on your device until you clear it, reset it, delete the app, or clear browser storage. Cloud-synced study data stays in your account until it is deleted or your account is deleted. Billing and transaction records may be retained as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Analytics, feedback, and logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed to run, secure, and improve the service.

Account And Data Deletion

Signed-in users can delete their Brainmaxxing account and associated cloud-synced study data from the Account tab by pressing Delete Account. If you cannot sign in, contact support from brainmaxxing.dev/support.html. Full deletion details are available at brainmaxxing.dev/delete-account.html.

Deleting a Brainmaxxing account removes account-linked cloud study data from Brainmaxxing systems. Local data on your own device may still remain until you clear app storage, clear browser storage, or uninstall the app. Subscription cancellation and payment history may be handled through Stripe, Google Play, or Apple and may be retained where legally required.

Your Choices

Children

Brainmaxxing is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
