How To Delete Your Account

Signed-in Brainmaxxing users can delete their account and associated cloud-synced study data directly from the Brainmaxxing website or mobile apps.

Open brainmaxxing.dev or the Brainmaxxing mobile app.
Sign in to the account you want deleted.
Open the Account tab.
Press Delete Account and confirm the prompt.

If you cannot sign in, send a support request from brainmaxxing.dev/support.html and include the email address for the account. We may ask for confirmation if we need to verify account ownership before completing a manual fallback request.

Data Deleted

When deletion is confirmed, Brainmaxxing deletes the account-linked profile and cloud-synced study data associated with that account. This includes saved study entries, saved days, history, goals, custom categories, category colors, app preferences, render-style preferences, and account profile records stored for Brainmaxxing cloud sync.

Data That May Be Kept

Some records may be kept when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, tax, payment disputes, or service operations. This can include subscription and payment records handled by Stripe, Google Play, or Apple, server logs, feedback messages, abuse-prevention records, and backups retained for a limited period.

Local data on your own device is not automatically removed by an account deletion request. To remove local data, clear the app storage, clear browser storage, or uninstall the app from your device.

Retention Period

We aim to complete verified account deletion requests within 30 days. Backup, log, billing, security, and legal-compliance records may remain longer where reasonably necessary or legally required.
